You’ll also have access to Recommended Research based on your selected market, user group and filters.
Create a Custom Product Group by selecting 3+ products.
As an alternative to Gartner-defined markets, create a Custom Product Group composed of at least three supported products to serve as the basis for the methodology. The tool will display the Gartner-defined capabilities most common to the majority of the products selected by the user.
View historical and forecasted data to understand how your market is evolving.
In addition to the current User Needs analysis, the tool allows product managers to view forecasted and historical importance and user satisfaction scoring of product capabilities. Product capability importance and satisfaction scores projected forward in time are derived from each capability's own historically observed behaviors and patterns.
