Supply chain organizations expressed their strongest intent yet to support diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in 2022, particularly for women and underrepresented races and ethnicities, according to the Supply Chain Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey. Gartner conducted the survey in partnership with the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). Beyond the intent, the survey results show a widening chasm between global, publicly-held companies and the rest in terms of commitment and results. With no let-up in sight in the talent challenges we face, supply chain leaders must deliver an equitable, inclusive, human deal-based employee experience, or they will fail to secure the talent they need to ensure that lines run, orders ship, and global supply chains operate sustainably and profitably. Join this complimentary supply chain webinar as a panel of Gartner and ASCM experts breaks down the latest DEI survey findings, and offers guidance for what supply chain leaders need to do next.
