The military invasion of Ukraine by Russia is a dreadful reality that forces IT service providers to react. Appropriate courses of action will be dependent upon the service delivery and talent dependencies not only in Ukraine but also in Russia and Belarus. Yet, even service providers with limited or no service delivery or talent dependencies in the region will be impacted. This research advises technology general managers on the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the software engineering services industry.
