An overwhelming majority of healthcare provider executives continue to believe large language models (LLMs) will have a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
Providers are increasingly ready to harness the use of LLMs and generative AI (GenAI) within their organizations and are moving from planning to execution. According to survey results, evaluation of use cases, development of policies and funding all increased from June to December 2023.
Current top use cases reflect a focus on using LLMs and GenAI to help decrease clinician and administrative burnout.
