Overview
Key Findings
Widespread adoption of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (M365 Copilot) is far from certain. Microsoft has dropped the 300 minimum license requirement. However, at $30 per user per month, M365 Copilot is still a significant investment, and the ROI remains unclear.
Proof of M365 Copilot’s impact is still in its infancy. Microsoft reports that 70% of Copilot’s early adopters said they were more productive, but the sample size is relatively small (n = 297). IT is being tasked to run pilots at considerable cost with minimal data about “what good looks like.”
