Three macro trends differentiated our leaders: attracting and engaging talent with a people-centered approach to employee experience; targeted, practical AI-driven advances; and development of antifragile supply chains to thrive through ongoing disruption.
Nearly all of the Top 25 companies have moved to an integrated approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG), which is built-in rather than bolted-on, and so we have updated the Top 25 ESG methodology to further differentiate the leaders.
Schneider Electric has taken the No. 1 slot for the second year in a row, with Cisco Systems, Colgate-Palmolive, Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson completing the top five.
