  • Sixty-eight percent of all surveyed TSPs report the use of GenAI by product management as very important. Nearly half (47%) of surveyed product managers (PMs) have deployed products that are GenAI-enabled, and a further 20% of PMs are in active development or ready to deploy.

  • Improve customer experience is ranked as the top driver for all responding TSPs to incorporate GenAI into product offerings. PMs will use GenAI to strengthen their customer value in the top three areas of delivered CX, product quality and employee productivity.

  • The majority of responding TSPs (88%) agree that GenAI improves internal operations, product development
