As an Advisor with over 25 years professional experience within the IT industry, he's adept at translating between technologists and the C-Suite.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Harrison managed SaaS and Support operations for cloud connected IoT gateways, and a PCI compliant solution. He also created an Incident Management rapid response team for a SaaS company, training teams on long term service management techniques. He influenced peer and executive management in Product, Engineering, QA, Professional Services, Sales and Hosting organizations in product design, delivery, and overall system improvement.
