Brian Menke is a Vice President Team Manager in the Sourcing and Procurement team. Brian focuses on working with Chief Procurement Officer's (CPO's) and their procurement leaders. His team partners with clients on key initiatives such as category management, supplier management, supplier risk, procurement transformation, talent development, organizational structure, and strategic planning. They provide clients with insights, tools and best practice decision support to enhance their own performance and drive better business outcomes.
I served as the Practice Leader for CEB now Gartner's Real Estate Leadership Council for three years. Where I was responsible for managing the advisory team, leading the research and quant team, headlining live events, and finally managing the P&L for the program. Prior to that role, I served as an advisor with CEB's Procurement & Operations practice for eight years. The scope of my experience and research includes various procurement and real-estate related topics having advised Chief Procurement Officers and heads of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities from around the world on their most pressing issues.
