Fatima is a Principal Advisor in the Software Engineering IT Role-Based products group. Ms. Ahmed's focus is helping software engineering leaders and their teams by providing the tools and insight needed to balance today's modernization, transformation, and innovation goals.
Her core research areas include agile product delivery, talent development, attraction and retention, organizational design, change management, and culture. Fatima applies Application portfolio management, governance, and pace-layering principles to guide leaders strategy and resourcing.
Fatima also covers automation technologies such as RPA and low-code/no-code, automation governance, strategy, fusion team compositions, citizen development and business technologists.
In her previous roles, Fatima managed relationships with senior executives of global organizations to ensure that they meet their objectives, are satisfied with the services and/or products provided, and any challenges are overcome. She has a background in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources.
