Key Findings
CHROs responding to the 2023 Gartner HR Technology Priorities Survey cited “ensuring employee, manager and HR adoption of HR technology” as their top hurdle for the second year in a row. “Changing mindsets to embrace new HR technologies” and “justifying and securing the investment” followed as the second and third top hurdles, respectively.
CHROs and other senior HR leaders are less bullish about migrating their applications to the cloud than they were a year ago — with 8% more of the sample indicating an intent to be predominantly on-premises in 2025 than in the 2022 edition of our survey.
