Anshul Gupta is in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider research, where he is part of the Quantitative Innovation based in Mumbai, India.
Mr. Gupta works with both technology providers and users to grow, evolve and innovate the business by providing advisory services for emerging technologies and business models related to smart devices (consumer IoT), smartphones, wearables, smart fabric, biometrics, flexible displays, connected home, smart city, blockchain initiatives and conversational AI.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Gupta worked with Ernst & Young as a senior consultant. Previously, he worked with Tech Mahindra as a BPR consultant and with Larsen & Toubro as a planning engineer. Mr. Gupta has worked on a range of telecom assignments in India, the U.K., Cambodia and Sudan, with expertise in business process re-engineering, process modeling and simulation, revenue assurance, business process risk consulting, budgeting and costing, project planning, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing, and process audits.
