Anshul Gupta is a vice president analyst in the Tech CEO team within Gartner's Technology and Service Provider (TSP) research group. Mr. Gupta advises technology vendors on routes-to-market, expansion, and channel topics such as how to build effective B2B channels and partner ecosystems. As a part of the Tech CEO team, he delivers actionable, objective insight to executives and their teams on how to grow, structure for growth, and find expansion opportunities from start-ups through scale-ups.

Mr. Gupta also works with technology providers to grow, evolve, and innovate the business by providing advisory services for emerging technologies and business models related to smart devices (consumer IoT), autonomous things, smartphones, wearables, smart fabric, flexible displays, connected home, and smart cities.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Gupta worked with Ernst & Young as a senior consultant. Previously, he worked with Tech Mahindra as a BPR consultant and with Larsen & Toubro as a planning engineer. Mr. Gupta has worked on a range of telecom assignments in India, the U.K., Cambodia and Sudan, with expertise in business process re-engineering, process modeling and simulation, revenue assurance, business process risk consulting, budgeting and costing, project planning, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing, and process audits.
