Carly West is a Director Analyst on Gartner's Supply Chain Transportation Technology team. She conducts research in the supply chain area focused on transportation within logistics with specific focus on technology: transportation visibility (RTTVP), transportation execution (TMS), analytics, electronic BOL/POD and automation, digital freight models, transportation procurement and rate management technology, vehicle routing and scheduling (VRS), safety in transportation, AI in transportation, and fleet telematics.
