Mattias Velinder is the Managing Vice President for the Digital Marketing Leader Expert team within the Marketing & Communication practice. He leads a team of experts who provide advice and insights to large enterprise CMOs and Digital Marketing Leaders and their teams on solving their most pressing functional challenges.
Previously, Mr. Velinder provided best practice advice to CTOs and Heads of R&D at the largest companies, across industries, on areas such as R&D strategy, portfolio management, pipeline management, talent management, ideation, metrics and dashboards, innovation culture, and open innovation to name a few. Furthermore, he also has deep expertise on areas such as corporate strategy, multisource synthesis for insight projects, activating market insights, and how to manage data and knowledge assets working with Heads of Market Insights.
Before his current role, Mr. Velinder has been with CEB, now Gartner, for over 13 years in a variety of roles including New Business Development, launching new Advisory products in EMEA; Sales, expanding the client network for CFOs and Finance Executives; Research, unearthing and documenting best practices in Risk Management; and, Advisory, providing advice to heads of Corporate Strategy.
