How Gartner helped
In 2022, Multnomah County partnered with Gartner to develop its first-ever AI strategy, laying the foundation for responsible and innovative adoption. Three years later, the County is advancing a second-generation strategy with continued guidance from Gartner. Analyst research, personalized analyst consultations, and review and feedback at Gartner IT Symposium have been pivotal in shaping both strategies. Additionally, access to Gartner’s Peer Communities, as well as Gartner for CIOs, Gartner for IT Leaders and Gartner for Technical Professionals, has strengthened staff development and enhanced talent acquisition.
