Organizations’ top three PM priorities are helping employees align work with organizational needs and priorities (49%), helping managers hold employees accountable for achieving performance expectations (46%) and helping employees learn and grow (35%).
Driving a consistent employee PM experience is the most common goal for organizations, with 45% selecting it as their primary design philosophy. Other common primary design philosophies include empowering employees to meet unique development needs (22%) and empowering managers to use discretion in PM (17%).
