Overview
Key Findings
Many organizations struggle to align their disaster recovery (DR) planning efforts with business-defined requirements and specific outcomes.
Minimal and missing details in documentation of all facets of DR plans — combined with a lack of properly managed, centralized access — limit the successful execution of DR plans.
Poor or limited exercising of DR plans inhibits the ability of infrastructure and operations (I&O) leaders to understand how their organizations can most effectively recover and restore operations within required recovery time objectives (RTOs).
