The talent shortage in China’s enterprises is a significant concern, with 53% of AI leaders from the2022Gartner China AI Survey reporting a shortage of AI talents, software vendors or service providers. We see little improvement in the recent two years and the introduction of generative AI (GenAI) has further exacerbated this situation due to higher expectations and technical complexities.
