Mr. Glauberman's focus is on corporate development (including exit strategies, mergers/acquisitions and financing), business performance management (including KPIs, cash/cost management and turnarounds), and business and financial planning.
Mr. Glauberman has held senior executive positions in the technology and telecom industries, including serving as CFO for a venture capital-backed software firm. He has also been a venture capital investor, portfolio manager and advisor for a $150 mil corporate venture fund, and Director of M&A, Corporate Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis for a large public data services firm. He also served as engagement manager with A.T. Kearney and Arthur D. Little working with large multinational companies in a variety of industries including technology, telecom, government and financial services, defense, automotive, manufacturing, as well as healthcare.
