Roles and Responsibilities

Tracy Tsai is a VP Analyst for the Technology Product Management practice in the Technology and Service Provider department of Gartner's Research and Advisory. Ms. Tsai helps both IT providers and users to optimize, transform and reinvigorate their digital products and business by providing role-based advisory on emerging technologies, product strategies and go-to-market. The role includes product managers, tech CEOs, General Managers, IT leaders and CIOs. The technologies research focus includes cloud providers AI services, Generative Pretrained Transformer(GPT), Generative AI, Foundation Models, Low Code Technologies/Enterprise Low Code Application Platforms, Hyperautomation (RPA, LCAP, iPaaS, BPM, etc), AI-augmented software development and human capital management, and personal technologies. Her major research focus on the technology and services provider types are cloud providers and startups. For example, "accelerate cloud providers' AI services Delivery globally by partnering with AI Startup" and "Communicate the value of your cloud AI services with purpose-built AI computing infrastructure."
