Ms. Rueb has a diverse background in the high-tech industry. She spent more than 15 years as a management consultant, supporting several leading global service practices, including IBM GBS and EY. Her management consulting expertise focused on IT strategic planning, business process engineering and enterprise application development. She pioneered several practice methods, including IT strategic planning, process redesign - enterprise application integration, just-in-time technology training and commercial application evaluation. In addition, Ms. Rueb has more than 12 years as a senior director for solutions development, with recent emphasis on the Internet of Things enterprise solution and sales best practices for the industrial sector. She led the creation of a manufacturing IoT maturity model and the development of industry-specific solution frameworks for several software organizations, including IBM. Recently, she supported the GE Digital organization in its IoT growth initiatives.
