Summary
Transformative growth or mission effectiveness requires leaders who can effectively execute change. CHROs must help leaders deliver transformation by equipping them with the tools they need to shift from inspiring change within their teams to routinizing it. Additionally, to accelerate progress, HR must boldly renew or remove leaders who are underperforming or unwilling to embrace new ways of managing, ensuring that every leader is prepared and empowered to drive ever higher levels of operating performance.
