Arthur Mickoleit is Director Analyst for Government at Gartner. He provides research and advice on government digital transformation, public sector innovation, citizen services delivery and citizen experience. Arthur covers digital identity, digital maturity, service design and open data in depth.
Prior to joining Gartner, Arthur worked as policy analyst at the OECD where he contributed to international policy standards like the OECD Recommendation on Digital Government Strategies. He also spent time working as independent consultant to governments and organizations like the OECD, SIGMA and the European Commission.
