Arthur Mickoleit provides research and advice on digital government transformation, public sector innovation, public service delivery and citizen engagement. He regularly reviews government initiatives to raise digital maturity, including on open data, digital identity, citizen service design and measuring performance.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Mickoleit worked as policy analyst at the OECD where he contributed to international policy standards like the OECD Recommendation on Digital Government Strategies. He also worked with governments as independent consultant for digital transformation. Mostly government organizations across Europe and in Arab countries.
