Dion Love is a Vice President, Business & Technology Insights Services, at Gartner. His work focuses on how enterprise risk affects the work organizations must accomplish to execute strategy and how leaders can respond when disruption threatens that work. Dion advises C-suite leaders on identifying emerging and established risks impacting critical work, assessing organizational exposure, and developing enterprise-level responses that protect strategy execution and long-term performance.

Dion’s research examines how changes in market conditions affect an organization’s ability to deliver on its strategic objectives. He explores the risks that emerge when technological, political, economic, regulatory, and other disruptions reshape the work required to execute strategy, translating those risks into practical insights for executive leaders. He authors Gartner’s semiannual CHRO Risk Report and leads quarterly CHRO polling on identified and emerging risks to work.
