Mr Love is a labor market expert, focusing on global labor market trends and what they mean for organizations' talent and business strategies, as well as broader social and economic progress. In his work at Gartner, Dion advises clients on competing for critical talent, including talent acquisition and management functional strategy development, employment value proposition design and delivery, employment branding and recruitment marketing, as well as internal and external sourcing and selection.
