Jonathan Tabah is an Advisory Director who supports Gartner's clients in strategic human capital management. While he has worked across nearly all aspects of a Human Resources remit, his main areas of specialty include talent management strategy, leader and manager effectiveness, succession planning and learning & development.
Prior to joining Gartner Mr. Tabah had spent a decade working in strategic business research and analytics, and consulting. Since joining Gartner in 2013 his work has also included extensive support for heads of sales and marketing, where he guided their development and implementation of commercial strategies. Because of this experience across the C-suite he frequently supports HR leaders in setting a strategic vision and building consensus with executive stakeholders.
Prior to joining Gartner in 2013, Mr. Tabah worked across Sydney and New York in research and marketing analytics, both of which inform today's emerging models for understanding and engaging employees across the life cycle.
