Rachel Juley is a Senior Principal in the Human Resources practice within Gartner's Research & Advisory division. In her role, Rachel is responsible for serving as a thought partner and advising clients on how to achieve critical business objectives through talent-related strategies.
Her areas of expertise are total rewards and performance management including focus areas such as strategic planning, plan design, communication, functional management, and leveraging data to benchmark and upgrade client capabilities.
Prior to joining Gartner, her career in Human Resources included serving as a talent management consultant, leader, and strategic business partner to executives and senior leadership teams in the non-profit, telecom, public utilities, insurance, financial services, and manufacturing industries.
Most recently, Rachel led corporate human resources for a national company in the manufacturing industry.
