Rebecca Burton is a Sr. Principal Advisor in Gartner's HR Practice where she advises clients globally by providing guidance to support their critical business objectives.
She serves as a subject matter expert in the learning and development space by enabling leaders to benchmark their approach against best-in-class organizations and upgrade their processes by serving as a thought partner to drive informed and productive outcomes.
Prior to joining the HR advisory team, Ms. Burton worked on the account management team for the Enterprise Partners team serving professional services clients across Sales, Marketing and Communications.
