    The purpose of the 2022 Gartner Customer Service and Support (CSS) Priorities Poll is to understand customer service priorities for the customer service and support function and perspective on challenges expected in the coming year. The research was conducted online from 19 August 2021 through 27 September 2021 among 170 respondents globally.
