プラットフォーム利用者の制約や不満を特定しリストアップしてから、プロダクト管理のプラクティスを活用して、利用者が使いたいと望むプラットフォームを構築する。
プラットフォームの作成と導入に対し、反復的なアプローチを使用してプラットフォームの価値を高め、利用者の体験価値やそこでの経験を通して学習し、段階的に改善できるようにする。
従業員 (関わる人々) を信頼し、透明性を尊重し、責任追及に重きを置かず、「安心して失敗できる」実験の場を作り出すことで、参加を促し、学習する組織文化を醸成する。
