Craig Risberg is a Vice President of Advisory specializing in issues related to the Structure and Strategy of finance organizations. Mr. Risberg helps executives design, manage and transform their functions to be more efficient and more effective business partners.
Mr. Risberg has held a number of positions at CEB, now Gartner including managing large global finance research teams, advising midsize companies on how to establish a comprehensive global finance team, and managing a $20 global finance business unit.
He has written significant research studies on topics including: CFO Personal Effectiveness, Business Performance Management, Establishing Corporate FP&A, and Developing and Managing Global Investor Relations.
