Pankil Sheth is the Associate Principal Analyst for unified communications and collaboration (UCC) infrastructure and applications.
Mr. Sheth is focused on helping Gartner clients make strategic decisions about deployment options, vendor selection and overall trends in the unified communications space.
He works with product strategy and definition for a channel-focused midmarket unified communications solution with enterprise voice, video, web collaboration, contact center and mobility services. He also harmonizes common unified communication features and services across various products comprising a UCC product portfolio.
Pankil was heading team of pre-sales for Middle East Region and was responsible for product management activities for new product launch, market exploration visit for developing region and project management, RFQ preparation, client demonstration and end-to-end project responsibilities, conducting knowledge sharing sessions for channel partners, attending Global Technology Exhibition, hosting for technology conferences for unified communication and media gateways product lines.
