Sarah Jackson is a Senior Principal within Gartner's HR Advisory Practice, supporting HR leaders and their teams on a range of different challenges and initiatives. In role, Ms. Jackson serves as a thought partner to HR leaders globally, enabling them to deliver on critical people objectives through insights, best practices and decision support tools.
Ms. Jackson has subject matter expertise in the Future of Work and Employee Experience. She partners with clients to better understand trends likely to impact their workforce, how to leverage different employment models, and conduct strategic workforce planning. Her coverage also includes employee experience design and delivery, defining and aligning the workforce to organisational culture, and creating and delivering on an EVP.
Ms. Jackson's background is as an HR Practitioner and her last role prior to joining Gartner was as a Senior Recruitment Lead within the Investment Banking arm of a global Finance firm, where she managed the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of incoming talent to the organization.
