Bernard Coleman III

Bernard Coleman is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at Uber. He is responsible for transforming Uber’s workplace culture through meaningful D&I resource groups and an active commitment towards organizational change. Prior to Uber, Bernard held senior-level roles at the Democratic National Committee and most recently led U.S. presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign on D&I and Human Resources initiatives. Bernard holds an M.B.A from Trinity University, B.A. from Hampton University, Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management certification from Georgetown and is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership. Bernard has been featured in Forbes, the Guardian, Catalyst, and more.
