Sales Pipeline

A sales pipeline is a group of prospective customers for a given seller, team or company. Sales pipelines are usually measured across several stages, including initial interaction, qualification, proposal, commitment and close. A sales pipeline is useful for aggregating the progression of multiple prospects throughout the sales life cycle, for making accurate sales forecasts and as a basis for sales coaching.
