With a career spanning over two decades, Matt has demonstrated expertise across a diverse array of sectors, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), social impact, humanitarian aid, information technology, healthcare, publishing, and consumer products. Before joining HR Advisory, Matt spearheaded global community impact initiatives for Gartner, effectively engaging 19,000 employees across 39 countries. His strategic acumen is evidenced by his establishment of two Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) departments and the founding of a corporate charity focused on upskilling veterans. Matt has also led high-performing teams responsible for advancing global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), DEI, and CSR initiatives. In addition to his professional achievements, Matt's commitment to social good extends to the nonprofit sector, where he has held numerous volunteer leadership roles. He currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for ShelterBox USA, a leading disaster relief non-governmental organization (NGO).
