As part of the Employee Experience Technology team at Gartner Joe focuses on helping clients establish and maintain their new hub, including services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Joe has also recently started covering collaborative work management services which are part of the new work hub. Beyond technology support for these services Joe also provides enablement and skilling strategies as it pertains to the digital workplace and the new work hub so that IT leaders and CIOs can get the most out of their people and their technology.
Mr. Mariano has more than 12 years of experience in information governance, ECM and records management. He was previously a system analyst for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutics. Coming from a pharmaceutics background, he understands the challenges faced by industries that are heavily regulated. He has been a project manager on several validated records management and ECM solution implementations, and he created and has advised on policies regarding information management, protection and security. In addition, he has created employee engagement training to ensure both solutions and processes are understood.
He has presented at industry events regarding system implementation, information protection and engaging training for end users.
