In the rush to get their businesses online, organizations tend to allocate their development dollars toward Web front-ends and packaged e-commerce applications, with little regard for the underlying infrastructure. Clearly, Web-enabling existing applications is not enough. What is needed is an IT infrastructure that can integrate diverse business processes into one seamless online presence. Computer Associates' Jasmine ii provides that infrastructure.
